The material automation system designed by Wijay for this project can handle 76.8% of the total amount of all production raw materials. The system involves 3 kinds of powders and 5 kinds of fluid raw materials, such as flour, powdered sugar, syrup, oil, water and other raw materials. The system includes raw material feeding, storage, temperature control, screening, transportation, weighing and metering, formula management and traceability.
