The material automation handling system designed by wijay for it can handle 76.8% of the total amount of all production raw materials. The system can not only ensure the safety of materials but also save a lot of transportation, storage, filtration, screening and other costs. The material automation handling system handles 3 kinds of flour and 5 kinds of fluid raw materials, including shortening and butter with extremely high temperature requirements, and 84-degree syrup with extremely high viscosity. The system includes powder raw material handling modules and fluid raw material handling modules, as well as CIP cleaning systems and hot and cold water material constant temperature modules.  

It has 5 internationally leading production lines with a production capacity of up to 220 tons/day. The material automation system designed by Wijay for this project can handle 76.8% of the total amount of all production raw materials. The system involves 3 kinds of powders and 5 kinds of fluid raw materials, such as flour, powdered sugar, syrup, oil, water and other raw materials. The system includes raw material feeding, storage, temperature control, screening, transportation, weighing and metering, formula management and traceability. Wijay's innovation and minimalist design have enabled Hamasaki to save more than 3 million yuan in material procurement costs, reduce material waste and reduce operator wages throughout the year, with a return on investment of less than 3 years.
